9. Cash and Bonus Balance
9.1. You cannot directly withdraw funds from the bonus balance. All your personal deposits are credited to the cash balance, from which withdrawals are possible. When you request a payout, all active bonuses are automatically canceled. Even if a withdrawal request is rejected, the bonus balance is not restored.
9.2. Before withdrawing funds, it is strongly recommended to review all bonus terms and conditions to avoid losing bonus funds.
9.3. The platform does not set minimum deposit or withdrawal amounts, but third-party payment systems may apply their own limits.
10. Wagering (Wager)
10.1. Wagering is the total amount of bets a player must place for bonus funds to become available for withdrawal.
10.2. A separate wagering requirement applies to deposits: the player must wager an amount equal to three times the deposit (x3) before funds become available for withdrawal.
11. Cashback
11.1. Tiger Casino players are protected from significant losses by the cashback feature, which provides partial reimbursement of lost funds.
11.2. Cashback is 10% of lost cash funds over the entire period since registration. Loss is calculated as the difference between total bets and total winnings. If winnings exceed total bets, cashback is not credited. Payout is processed automatically. Formula: (all deposits – all withdrawals) × 10%.
11.3. Cashback is credited only if the total deposits for the reporting period exceed the total withdrawals. The reporting period starts from the player’s registration date.
11.4. A player can activate or disable cashback at any time through their profile. Once activated, the cashback amount is credited to the bonus balance, and subsequent bets are counted toward wagering. To withdraw cashback, a x3 wagering requirement must be completed.
11.5. Unactivated cashback expires after 24 hours.
12. Fraud, Deception and Criminal Activity
12.1. The following actions are strictly prohibited and considered serious violations of the rules:
12.1.1. Sharing your account data with third parties;
12.1.2. Using automated programs ("bots"), exploiting website vulnerabilities, malicious software, or any illegal and fraudulent activity;
12.1.3. Using stolen or illegally obtained bank card data to deposit funds;
12.1.4. Participating in illegal activities, including money laundering and other crimes;
12.1.5. Collusion or attempted collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
12.1.6. Using special game strategies for unlawful profit, including card counting or opposite betting.
12.2. Tiger Casino may suspend, cancel, or declare invalid any winnings, payouts, or bonuses if there is suspicion they were obtained improperly.
12.3. The Company takes measures to identify collusion participants and is not responsible for losses caused by other players’ actions. All decisions on such incidents are made at Tiger Casino’s discretion.
12.4. If you suspect fraud by another player, you must immediately notify support at [email protected].
12.5. Tiger Casino reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to the website or suspend an account in case of suspected fraud. Funds deposited in such a case are non-refundable. The Company may report violations to relevant authorities and expects player cooperation during investigations.
12.6. It is prohibited to use any services or software for fraudulent or illegal activity, including money laundering. Tiger Casino has the right to block accounts, duplicate accounts, and withhold funds. In such cases, the player waives any claims against the Company.
13. Other Prohibited Actions on the Website
13.1. You must refrain from any abusive, aggressive, or threatening language and actions toward other players or website participants.
13.2. Uploading content that may disrupt website operation is prohibited. Any actions that may affect platform functionality, including spreading viruses, malware, spam, or mass messaging, are strictly prohibited. Interfering with, altering, or deleting any information on the website is also prohibited.
13.3. Use of the website is allowed for personal entertainment purposes only. Copying any website materials is permitted only with Tiger Casino’s written consent.
13.4. Attempts to hack the system, gain unauthorized access, or bypass website security measures by any means are prohibited. In case of such attempts, your access may be immediately restricted and your account suspended. Tiger Casino may report such incidents to relevant authorities.
13.5. The Company is not responsible for damage or losses caused by software defects, hacker attacks, viruses, or other malicious materials while using the website or loading external links.
